Heliosector AI

AI that actually works for a business your size.

Two people, one method, no black box: capture, analyze, engage, iterate, deploy — for AI consulting and for HelioLens.

01 · Capture

Start with what's actually there.

Not a survey, not a wishlist. We sit with the real inboxes, spreadsheets, tickets and calls a business already runs on, exactly as they are, before anyone tries to fix them.

A cluttered desk at night: an open laptop, loose printed pages, a coffee mug, a tangle of cables.
The working material as received: open tickets, a shared inbox, a spreadsheet nobody has cleaned up.
Stacks of paper sorted on a desk, sticky notes connected by string on a board behind.
The same material, structured: what repeats, what's a decision, what's just noise.

02 · Analyze

Find the shape in it.

Most of the guesswork in an AI project happens quietly, before a single model gets involved. This is where it gets found and named instead.

A crowd of people seen from behind, gathered in a real space.

03 · Engage

Bring the people who'll actually use it.

A system nobody asked for gets ignored. This is the step where the real users try the real thing, early enough to still change it — and it's the one part of this page that doesn't move until you do.

04 · Iterate

Fix what the first version got wrong.

Real usage finds the parts a plan couldn't. Iterate is the step that's honest about that, instead of shipping once and hoping.

A printed page marked up with red-pen corrections and handwritten notes, a pen resting across it.
A before-and-after: the same view of the work, corrected by what real use turned up.

05 · Deploy

Then it runs on its own.

Macro view of a mechanical clock's gears and escapement, mid-motion.
Built once, then it keeps its own time.
